Please bring enough exercise wear to last at least one week. You will be working outdoors so be prepared to get a little dirty! We will provide you towels.

CLOTHES

  • 12 changes of exercise wear (shorts, pants, tops, sports bra, socks, underwear, etc.)
  • 2 changes of clothing for weekly Yoga/ Stretching
  • 2 changes of Casual clothing as most of our activities are on site
  • 2 swimsuits, 1 pair of goggles
  • Jacket and/or sweatshirt
  • Business casual clothes for final dinner
  • Hat, Visor or Beanie
  • Seasonal winter weather apparel (gloves, long pants)

SHOES

  • (make sure your shoes fit properly)
  • 1 pair of Athletic exercise shoes to run/walk
  • 1 pair of shoes to strength train/play basketball
  • 1 Pool shoes or Sandals/Swim socks

  • Cell phone (we do not offer telephones inside any of the rooms)
